Shipping Policy
- Order cutoff: 4:00 PM EDT
- Processing time: 2 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday)
- Delivery time: 8 to 11 business days (Monday-Friday) for shipments within the United States
- Tracking: We will send your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way
- Delivery partners: Your order is shipped with UPS, FedEx, or USPS
How it works
Once your order is in, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have started processing it. Processing takes 2 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) After that, your order will be handed to one of our trusted delivery partners UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You will get an email with tracking information so you can see exactly where your package is. Delivery takes 8 to 11 business days (Monday-Friday) within the United States.
Running late
If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery window, please allow a couple extra business days. Use your tracking number to check on it. If it still has not shown up after that, email us at support@ny-thrills.com with your order number and we will track it down for you. Sometimes our delivery partners experience minor delays so please allow at least three extra business days before reaching out.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible at support@ny-thrills.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can’t be canceled, so the earlier you reach out, the better.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive something damaged or not what you ordered, we’re on it! Take a few good shots of the item and send them over so we can make it right.
