- Refunds: Processed within 7 days through your original payment method

- Shipping back: On you, so pack items carefully

Got a change of heart?
No worries! You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to let us know if something isn’t quite right. Just email support@ny-thrills.com and we’ll guide you through the process. Make sure items are unworn, unused, and still have their tags and original packaging. If your email reaches us after 30 days, we won’t be able to process the return, so try to give us a shout sooner rather than later.
How to start a return
Send us a note with your order number, the items you’re returning, and a quick reason why. We can’t process returns without this first step. Once we hear from you, we’ll send instructions on how to safely send the items back. Return shipping is on you, so pack it securely to avoid damage in transit.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll refund your payment through the same method you used. This takes up to 7 days, and we don’t charge any extra fees for the refund.
Exchanges
Want to swap something instead? Totally possible! Email us with your order details and what you’d like to exchange. We’ll help you sort out the next steps so you get what you need.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible at support@ny-thrills.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can’t be canceled, so the earlier you reach out, the better.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive something damaged or not what you ordered, we’re on it! Take a few good shots of the item and send them over so we can make it right.
